Sorry about the absence. Been pretty busy with non-Wow stuff lately. Not only that, but I also had to spend another month in New Orleans for work, and they stuck me in a hotel room with the slowest internet connection possible. Arrrggggg!
So, I made it back home a couple of weeks ago, and then the family and I went on a much needed vacation. The wife and I took the kids to DisneyWorld. We left on Friday the 13th (Yea, yea, I know) and got back on the 21st. We spent 5 days at the Disney parks, including 2 days at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for Star Wars Weekend, and spent another couple of days at the beach in Destin on our way back home. Now I need another vacation to recover from my vacation! Hah!
Anyway, I’ll try to make a couple of posts soon to let you all know what’s been going on in WoW. And I’ll even post a couple of fun pics from my trip. Talk to ya soon!

My first non-WoW post, but its pretty important. We are closing on our new house tomorrow!

Much nicer than our current home, and in a terrific neighborhood. It’s also closer to my work, so I should save a little on gas, that way. It’s also got an office for me and my computers now, instead of in the bedroom. Now I can have my late night WoW sessions without waking up the wife! Trust me, its not a pretty site when she wakes up and tells you to “Stop clicking that mouse so loud!” How do you click a mouse softly and quietly? Especially in a feverish PVP session?
The phone company is supposed to hook up our service and DSL on Monday. We should be able to move all the big stuff this weekend. But a lot of the small stuff can stay, since we still own our old house, for now. That will give us time to go through it all and throw away some of the stuff we don’t need anymore. We have some work to do at both places. Minor repairs and such at the new place, and similar stuff at the old house so that we can sell it. We’ve had lots of people look at the house so far, but no offers yet.
Not sure if I’ll be able to play WoW or blog any this weekend, but if not, at least you’ll know why.
